It starts before we even meet. After we book, I send a private intake form that helps me understand your business, tools, pain points, and goals. That way, our 90-minute session isn't spent on introductions. It's spent on decisions.
We map what you're already using, identify where automation makes sense, and sketch out a workflow that fits the way you actually work. Not the way a template says you should.
Every recommendation comes with honest tradeoffs. I'll tell you when something isn't ready, when a free tool beats a paid one, and when the real problem isn't the software.
