I work across technology, project delivery, and learning: finding the right tools, planning the work carefully, and helping people understand and use what we build.

I'm a technologist, project lead, and educator based in Mexico City. I've always been a tinkerer: I test new tools, learn how they work, and figure out where they can genuinely help. Because I've carried projects from first idea through planning, implementation, launch, and handoff, I know the technology is only one part of making something work.
My background spans project management, corporate training, and technology.
Projects last when the people involved understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to move forward with confidence. That is what drew me to strategy, process efficiency, and automation. I create clear materials, practical sessions, and thoughtful handoffs because seeing the moment something clicks for someone is still my favorite part of teaching.
I bring that same care to every engagement: honest tradeoffs and clear communication from start to finish. I'm skeptical of hype and genuinely excited by what's useful. If a tool is not right for your situation, I'll say so.

Good consulting depends on being understood. I work in the language that works best for the client and adapt the conversation accordingly.

The people who will use a system or carry a project forward need to understand it and have a voice in how it works. I bring them into the process early so the result makes sense in practice, not just on paper.
