These Terms of Service and Legal Notice ("Terms") govern your use of byailine.com and any services or products I provide through it. By using the site, contacting me about work, booking a service, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Legal notice

This website is operated by Ailine Angeles Martinez, based in Mexico City (CDMX), Mexico. Business contact is handled through the contact page. Unless otherwise stated, the content of this site is provided as an independent professional website and service portfolio.

2. Scope of services

These Terms apply to services and products offered through the site, including:

• AI consulting: 1-on-1 advisory and workflow sessions.
• Workshops: training, facilitation, and hands-on team sessions.
• CRM/ERP projects: implementation, coordination, planning, and advisory work.
• Social media management: strategy, content planning, content creation support, scheduling, posting, and related reporting where agreed.
• Digital products: templates, guides, worksheets, and other downloadable items.
• Custom digital work: made-to-order documents, templates, dashboards, guides, and similar scoped deliverables.
• Editorial and project content: blog posts, project pages, portfolio material, waitlists, support links, and informational resources published through the site.

3. Quotes, scope, and approvals

Unless a product is sold at a fixed public price, services are quoted case by case. Scope, deliverables, platform coverage, timing, revisions, and approvals are defined in writing by email, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.

If a project grows beyond the originally agreed scope, I may pause and issue an updated quote, timeline, or change request before continuing.

Custom digital documents, advisory deliverables, content systems, and one-off support requests are also scoped case by case unless a fixed public offer says otherwise.

4. Payments and invoicing

Services

Services are invoiced directly. Payment timelines will be specified in the invoice or proposal. Late payment may delay or pause delivery.

For ongoing retainers, multi-stage projects, or recurring content support, payments may be split into monthly or milestone-based schedules.

Digital products

Digital products are charged at the listed price in effect at the time of purchase. Delivery may be immediate or may follow manual confirmation, depending on the product.

Support purchases and informal contributions

If the site offers optional support purchases, tip-style contributions, or similar low-cost support options, those are treated as discretionary support for the work unless a specific deliverable is clearly promised.

Currency

Prices may be listed or quoted in MXN, USD, or both. Exchange-rate changes do not retroactively alter an agreed quote.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and delays

Consulting sessions

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consulting session. Less notice may result in a partial charge unless there is an emergency or we reschedule promptly.

Workshops

Workshop scheduling, cancellation windows, and any applicable fees will be confirmed in writing based on the scope and logistics involved.

Projects and retainers

Project timelines depend on timely client responses, approvals, asset delivery, access, and feedback. If approvals or required materials are delayed, deadlines may move accordingly.

Waitlists, early-access, and coming-soon offers

If a page invites you to join a waitlist, request early access, or express interest in a future product or service, that does not guarantee availability, pricing, launch timing, or acceptance into a program.

6. Social media management terms

For social media management work, the client is responsible for providing accurate brand information, access credentials or delegated access, approvals, and any platform-specific permissions required for scheduling or posting.

Unless otherwise agreed, the client remains responsible for final approval of content before publication. If the client requests direct posting without prior per-post approval, that instruction must be explicit.

I am not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, account restrictions, shadow bans, policy enforcement decisions, or content removals made by third-party platforms.

7. Refunds

Digital products

Because digital products can usually be accessed or downloaded immediately, sales are generally final once delivery has occurred. If a file is materially defective or incomplete, contact me and I will review it.

Services

Refunds for services are handled case by case. If I cannot deliver a paid service as agreed, I may offer a reschedule, credit, or refund for the undelivered portion.

Support purchases

Optional support purchases, tips, or contribution-style payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless I made a specific error in the charge.

8. Intellectual property

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, I retain ownership of my frameworks, methods, templates, workshop materials, drafts, and original service materials. You retain ownership of your brand assets, business information, and source materials.

Digital products are licensed, not sold outright. You may not resell, repackage, upload, or redistribute them outside the permitted use without written permission.

9. Confidentiality and client materials

I treat client information as confidential and use it only to provide the agreed service, maintain records, and handle business operations. If you need a formal NDA, request it before work begins.

10. No guaranteed outcomes

I provide services with professional care and judgment, but I do not guarantee specific revenue, follower growth, conversion rates, media performance, or business outcomes. Social platforms, AI tools, software vendors, and third-party systems are outside my control.

11. Educational content and no professional-health guarantee

Blog posts, guides, downloadable materials, and informational content on this site are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They do not create a therapist-client, lawyer-client, accountant-client, or other licensed professional relationship unless a separate written agreement says so.

Any wellness, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, values, self-reflection, or self-help resources offered through the site are not medical, psychiatric, crisis, or clinical treatment services. If you need licensed care or emergency support, seek an appropriate professional provider.

12. Affiliate and referral links

Some pages may include referral or affiliate links to third-party products I personally use or recommend. Those links may generate a commission for me at no additional cost to you. I do not promise the continued availability, pricing, features, or policies of those third-party tools.

13. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal data, submit false information, or interfere with normal site operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, my liability arising from a service or product is limited to the amount paid for that specific service or product. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including platform losses, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.

15. Privacy and personal data

Use of the site and services is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how I handle data, inquiries, analytics, cookies, CRM/database records, and deletion requests.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it in good faith. If that fails, disputes will be handled by the competent authorities or courts in Mexico City, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms as services, tools, pricing models, or legal requirements change. When I do, I will update the date shown at the top of the page.
