  • Requirements gathering. Documenting what the organization actually needs before a vendor is chosen.
  • Vendor coordination. Managing timelines, deliverables, and communication between technical and business teams.
  • Data migration oversight. Making sure clean data moves cleanly.
  • Team training. Role-specific sessions so everyone knows what they're expected to do on day one.
  • Go-live support. Present for launch week to catch issues before they become habits.
  • Post-launch monitoring. 30–60 day check-ins to confirm adoption and address resistance.
