Privacy Policy
How I collect, use, retain, and protect information related to inquiries, clients, analytics, and site use.
This privacy policy explains how Ailine Angeles Martinez ("I", "me", "my") handles personal information related to this website, inquiries, newsletters, client work, and digital services. I've written it in plain language on purpose.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The person responsible for processing personal data on this site is:
Ailine Angeles Martinez
Mexico City (CDMX), Mexico
Contact: via the contact page
2. What information I collect
Information you choose to send me
If you contact me through the website, subscribe to a list, ask about a service, buy a digital product, request custom work, support the site, or become a client, I may collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, organization name, service interest, project details, and any message or files you send.
Intake forms and diagnostic questionnaires
If we agree to work together and I send you a private intake form, discovery questionnaire, workshop brief, or similar pre-session form, I may collect information about your workflow, tools, goals, frustrations, recurring tasks, team context, language preference, and the scenarios you want help with. I use that information to prepare sessions, tailor recommendations, and keep continuity if we keep working together.
Client and lead records
If you inquire about working together, I may keep a record of that inquiry in a database, CRM, email inbox, project notes, or other business systems I use to follow up, deliver services, invoice, and keep continuity if you want to work with me again later.
Newsletter and audience data
If you ask to be added to updates directly or join a future mailing list when one is live, I may keep your email address, the list you asked for, and basic email engagement information such as opens or clicks if the mailing provider supplies it.
Website traffic and device data
This site may collect basic traffic and device information through hosting, security, and performance tools such as Cloudflare. That can include page views, approximate location, referral source, browser type, device type, and basic interaction data. I use that information to understand site usage, keep the site secure, and improve performance, not to sell profiles.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site may use cookies or similar storage technologies for site functionality, performance measurement, and security. Some cookies may be set by Cloudflare or by other services involved in hosting or protecting the site.
Payment and transaction data
If payments are enabled for digital products, support purchases, custom work, or services, I may collect transaction-related information such as your name, email address, billing details, order details, receipt data, and the product or service requested. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by me directly.
Client working materials
For services such as AI consulting, workshops, CRM/ERP work, or social media management, I may receive or create content calendars, drafts, project notes, captions, assets, scheduling notes, analytics snapshots, invoices, and communication records as part of the service.
Wellness and self-help product context
If you inquire about or request a wellness, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, or values-based digital resource, I may receive the same contact and order information described above. I do not ask you to submit private health history through the public site unless it is necessary for a specific request you choose to make.
3. Why I use the information
- To reply to you: I use your contact details and message to respond to the reason you contacted me.
- To provide the service you asked for: including planning, delivery, communication, invoicing, scheduling, posting support, and follow-up.
- To keep business records: so I can maintain continuity if you want to work with me again and so I can keep accurate internal records.
- To send newsletters or updates: only when you signed up or otherwise requested them.
- To improve the site and offers: analytics and usage data help me understand what people actually use.
- To prepare for sessions and projects: intake answers, diagnostic forms, and project briefs help me tailor consulting, workshops, custom documents, and service recommendations.
- To comply with legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations: where applicable.
4. My basic privacy promise
I keep information only for the purposes you approved or reasonably requested. I do not sell personal information. I do my best to keep it safe. If you ask me to delete information that I am not legally required to retain, I will do that within a reasonable time.
5. CRM, database, and retention
I may keep contact and client information in my database, CRM, email, and related business systems so I have a record of our communication and can continue or restart work efficiently if needed.
In general:
- Inquiry data is kept for the business purpose connected to that inquiry.
- Client records are kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Invoices, accounting records, and related documentation may be kept longer if required by law or tax obligations.
- If you request deletion, I will delete data that I do not need to retain for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
6. Traffic measurement and cookies
Cloudflare and similar service providers may process traffic, performance, and security-related data on servers outside Mexico. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to distinguish visits, mitigate abuse, understand traffic patterns, and improve the site.
You can reduce or limit some of this through your browser settings, privacy extensions, tracking-protection settings, or by blocking cookies where your browser allows it.
7. Service providers and third parties
I may use third-party tools to run the site and business operations, including hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM/database tools, payment processors, scheduling tools, cloud storage, and communication platforms. These providers only receive the information needed for their role.
Examples may include Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, DNS, and site protection, along with mailing-list providers, CRM systems, payment processors, scheduling tools, cloud document tools, and project-management tools.
8. Social media management work
If you hire me for social media management, I may process brand documents, captions, draft posts, platform access details, scheduling data, publishing calendars, and performance metrics in order to provide the service. I use that information only for the business relationship and not for resale.
9. Referral and affiliate links
Some pages may include referral or affiliate links to third-party products I use. If you click one of those links, the destination provider may use its own cookies, tracking parameters, or attribution systems to record that referral. I do not control those systems, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
10. Data security
I use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including HTTPS on the website and established third-party tools for hosting, storage, email, and CRM functions. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Under Mexico's LFPDPPP, you may have ARCO rights, including access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition. If you are in another jurisdiction, you may also have additional privacy rights under local law.
To request access, correction, deletion, or to object to certain uses, please use the contact page. I will respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law.
12. Third-party links and platforms
This website may link to third-party platforms, social networks, tools, or payment pages. Those services have their own privacy practices, and I encourage you to review them separately.
13. Children's privacy
This site is not intended for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site. If you believe a child sent me information, contact me and I will review and delete it as appropriate.
14. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy as services, tools, or legal requirements change. When I do, I will update the date at the top of the page.
15. Contact for privacy requests
If you have questions about this privacy policy, your data, retention, or a deletion request, please use the contact page. I take those requests seriously.
